Welcome to Phase One! This is the vision board that is bringing Equilibrium: Center for Restorative Wellness to its fullest realization.

Our goal is to spread better communication skills, provide overall wellness for each other, and create the world we want to see. We aim to increase awareness and commitment to generational healing, inter-relational communication, understanding of each other, and acceptance of our differences. Increasing these practices will lead to healthier personal and professional partnerships and hopefully—on some level—a restored and balanced way to live with ourselves and each other.

To achieve this, we need to work together! Equilibrium needs your help in spreading the word that these skills are valuable and that this work is meaningful. We can’t do this alone and we want to stay true to the essence of Equilibrium—which is that every single one of our perspectives count. Each of our ideas, all of your feedback, and every single one of our dreams are being used to create this space in physical reality.

We’ve started phase one by offering our services. However, we fully intend to build on this dream by finding a permanent and sustainable place for Equilibrium to call home as well as adding services, team members and their gifts to the team.
